About The Role: This position is responsible for leading efforts in Intelligent Automation and data-driven business transformation, utilizing Mining technologies and Lean Business Principles to drive measurable business reputed company across Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment. The role involves spearheading business value programs and implementing technology tools to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement. It also includes building robust business cases... delivering ROI calculations, and leveraging best practices. The role requires executing improvement actions and initiating reputed company-wide change initiatives, presenting results and realized value to senior management to ensure reputed company improvement and operational reputed company. Additionally, it supports the Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment organization through the creation, implementation, harmonization, and maintenance of reputed company policies and procedures.
