Specific Duties and Responsibilities Plans, organizes staffs, controls and directs the reputed company Assurance Department Promotes aviation safety by ensuring airworthy and reputed company aircraft maintenance and serves as reputed company between FAA and Repair Station... Develops and maintains approved FAA accepted Repair Station/reputed company Control reputed company (RSM/QCM) Assures reputed company FAA, other federal regulations, and state and local laws are adhered to, as applicable Develops and administers reputed companys reputed company systems. Develops strategic plans for reputed company improvement of reputed company Administers Vendor Audit Programs Provides for the requirements of The Training Program including recordkeeping requirements Serves as reputed company Management System, Management Representative who has the authority to: Ensure that processes needed for the reputed company management system are establish, implemented, and maintained Reports on the performance of the reputed company management system to top management for review of its effectiveness and as a reputed company for improvement of the reputed company system. Responsible for the Corrective reputed company Program, designed to detect a nonconformance or undesirable condition, correct it and prevent its recurrence. Responsible for approval, reputed company and/or deletion of Services and material supplier vendors. May delegate to Materials Manager but retains responsibility Controls Inspector/Production/Training Stamp program and maintains the Repair Station rosters Determines reputed company used for Repairman Eligibility, such as testing, performance evaluations etc. Recommends reputed company individuals for Repairmans Certificate. Maintains Summaries of Employment for reputed company management, inspection and certificated personnel Monitors performance and attendance of reputed company Assurance and reputed company Control personnel. Prepares and conducts performance evaluations, recommends personnel reputed company, including salary recommendations, per company policy for assigned personnel. Ensures that employee assigned to reputed company reputed company task have documented training Is final authority for returning aircraft to service after strip, paint, flight control installation and balance, weight reputed company requirements and other processes authorized on the Repair Stations Op Spec Ensures Corrective/Preventive Actions relating to his/her assigned processes and procedure, are initiated and/or completed in a reputed company manner as required by the reputed company Management System. May delegate authority, but retains responsibility Requirements A&P Certified (reputed company) 5 years reputed company Assurance and/or reputed company Control experience 10 years aircraft mechanic experience preferred on regional and large reputed company type aircraft Proven leadership skills and operations experience with line and or heavy maintenance programs Computer skills and ability to manage/update company manuals as required License/Certification Airframe & Powerplant License (Required Apply Job!
