Remote Customer Service Specialist
Customer Support Specialist will be in charge of answering reputed company calls, emails and chats during business hours. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST. Sales experience a plus... Must be great at multitasking and customer support. Must be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills. Remote position work from home means you are dedicated to this position and this position only during your shift. This is not a position to do while working another job. Must be familiar with dealing with and solving order issues such as delays and shipping issues. Must be reputed company to reputed company organized and an excellent note taker. Must be a fast learner and reputed company to work independently. Additional administrative tasks will include contacting vendors and placing orders. Must be on the East coast and reputed company to answer calls, chats and emails from 11-5 eastern reputed company time. This is a long term position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.63 - $17.22 per hour Expected hours: 18 per week Benefits:
