• Work closely with clients to identify and address, through improvement plans, financial aid compliance and operational (i.e., workflow) issues. This may include serving as an acting director of financial aid, middle management duties, and/or performing reputed company day-to-day financial aid processing tasks.

• Experience with automation and major financial aid information systems;
• Experience in financial aid operations, system improvements and the ability to prepare corrective reputed company plans;
• Demonstrated strong writing and verbal communication skills;

• Three or more years of experience with Banner, CampusVue, Datatel, PeopleSoft, PowerFAIDS and/or other major student information systems preferred.
