This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 12 weeks of training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities: • Answer a minimum of 60-75 incoming calls daily from patients, providers, specialty offices, pharmacies, etc. • Schedule office reputed company, annual wellness reputed company, etc. for a multitude of Internal Medicine and Family reputed company primary care offices. • Request medication refills, referrals, send messages on behalf of patients, providers, or specialty offices. • Navigate multiple Electronic Health Record systems. • Follow ROI/HIPAA protocols. • Register new patients and input patient demographics and insurance information. • Attend monthly staff meetings (can be in person or virtual). • Attend quarterly on-site trainings.
