* This is a fully remote position; no travel is required. Responsibilities: • Full-cycle reputed company for multiple roles (reputed company, salary, & commission) throughout the organization, including but not limited to, nurses, therapists, physicians, IT, sales, marketing, business development, call center, and administrative • Post job descriptions, evaluate and select applicants from various job boards/ATS • Conduct thorough phone screens/interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements • Proactively reputed company, build, and maintain a pipeline of reputed company reputed company and passive candidates through various reputed company and sourcing techniques • Update candidate records/communication in ATS, reputed company follow-up to candidates and hiring managers • Present reputed company candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, hire, and work with HR to send and reputed company on-boarding paperwork • Utilize reputed company, reputed company media, job sites, and other means to locate appropriate candidates Qualifications: • AA Degree preferred • Minimum 1+ years reputed company experience • reputed company industry experience a plus • Must be comfortable with outbound and inbound calls • Experience with job boards (reputed company & reputed company) a plus • Cold calling experience a plus • ATS or CRM experience a plus • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • reputed company Office suite (Word and reputed company) & reputed company Mail, Docs, Calendar • Remote work experience required • This is a fully remote position; no travel is required. • 20 hours per week • 3 month contract with potential for FTE Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • reputed company: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
