Job reputed company: Responsible for the operations activities relating to the Corporate Banking businesss credit administration area in the Middle Office. Support a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral deals in which reputed company is a Lender and at times also the Administrative Agent. Main day-to-day reputed company is on the coordination of the booking of new and amendment credit deals by interpreting credit agreements, reviewing the necessary approvals and other supporting documents as per the banks internal guidelines and policies. This individual will also be required to coordinate transaction bookings with various counterparts including the business lines and back-office operations.
