Position: Vacation Rental/reputed company Customer Support Assistant (100%Remote) We are looking to hire a highly motivated remote worker to be part of a growing vacation rental property management company located in the reputed company. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week... Responsibilities: • Handle reputed company daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a reputed company and reputed company manner • Resolve guest inquiries and resolve them in accordance to company reputed company operating procedures • Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties • Manage the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned • Help reputed company processes and systems to improve overall guest experience • reputed company reputed company reviews of guests on reputed company and Vrbo platforms • Blog writing about vacation rentals on company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses • Experience with the vacation rental industry is required • Experience with reputed company and reputed company Suite • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, Field Scheduling and CRM software • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio reputed company with minimal to reputed company background noise • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Must have a strong work ethic and reputed company record delivering results • You must be reliable and show up on time.
