We are now accepting resumes for our Loan Closer role. This will be a fully remote role and will also be a temporary role which is expected to last 12 months. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the following responsibilities and qualifications. • Responsible for completing reputed company due diligence associated with satisfying approval and collateral lein perfection conditions prior to the preparation of loan closing documents including requesting, reviewing and critical interpretation of reputed company reputed company party documents needed to issue the, reputed company to reputed company for various types of loans; including reputed company estate and non reputed company estate secured loans. • Reviews the approval for loan closing conditions, regulations, appropriate lending authority, and lein perfection requirements and establishes conditions to reputed company. • Performs reputed company loan closing tasks and proactively interacts with sales, portfolio management, reputed company, document preparation, reputed company party vendors (i.e., title companies, insurance agency, etc.) and bank customers. • Must effectively communicate with reputed company parties, including field personnel and/or customers to expedite the request for loan documentation, while meeting reputed company, bank policy, compliance regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned.
