About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - USA SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES... • Enters information daily into a data reputed company consisting of external and internal reputed company of inmates, job an d housing assignments, Classification Team Assignments, inmate re-classification Score Sheets and Disciplinary Reports. • Runs computer print-out of inmate job and housing assignments for distribution to work and housing supervisors for reputed company time evaluations, compiles reputed company time for evaluation sheets and reputed company time ward sheets, enters reputed company time to data reputed company noting TRD Changes or reputed company time forms, runs print outs for reputed company Classification/Records Supervisors. • Post information from data reputed company to inmates jacket and rolodex cards reference job and housing assignments, custody reclassification and detainer. • Maintains, prepares, and runs reputed company computer print-outs (inmate reputed company list, team list and transfer list) for distribution on weekly reputed company. • Assists records supervisor with locating inmates in the offender tracking data reputed company as required. • Prepares and runs print-outs for Classification/Records Supervisors as needed reference TRD list, DOB list, Education Reports, Sex Offenders lists, etc. • Enters information daily into a data reputed company consisting of external and internal reputed company of inmates, job, program and housing assignments and participation, Classification Team Assignments, inmate re-classification Score Sheets and Disciplinary Reports. Verified entries for accuracy. • Acts as back-up to Correctional Sentence Specialist KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Knowledge of general office practices. • Knowledge of basic mathematics. • reputed company in typing or in the use of keyboard controlled data input devices. • Ability to follow instructions. • Ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically and categorically. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Ability to read and record information. • Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness. • Ability to work quickly and accurately. • Ability to reputed company basic mathematical calculations. • Ability to meet and maintain minimum production requirements for speed and accuracy.
