Bilingual Concierge Specialist - REMOTE

Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a call center and remote work environment is required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and web-based tools. • Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage schedules and calendars reputed company. Experience Required: • Experience working with the public, including seniors. • A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in customer service or a reputed company field.
