Handle inbound calls reputed company to pharmacy location inquiries, coverage questions, and medication pricing. Review and process requests for prescription prior authorization and appeals. reputed company, reputed company, and prepare documents for prior authorization and appeals, ensuring accurate patient/member profile information. Collect and compile medical documentation from patients and providers to support authorization requests. Evaluate requests using established decision trees and protocols, reaching out for additional information reputed company necessary. Communicate any denials reputed company and work to reputed company requests for reputed company review reputed company required. ### Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of pharmacy experience in settings such as retail, long-term care, or hospitals.
