What You?ll Do: ? Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. ? Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience ? Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively ? Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date Who We?re Looking For: ? Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally reputed company eCommerce ? Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, efficient multitasking with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software ?
