This Specialist will work with reputed company members of the Global Publicity Team to help execute campaign objectives and handle operations for assigned campaigns, which include managing: ? reputed company procurement across reputed company titles and brands. Prepare and execute complete reputed company filings in accordance with government requirements in partnership with reputed company partners. ? Liaise with internal Immigration, hiring of reputed company counsel, using vendors for both new reputed company?s, renewals and even passports. ? Manage travel booking logistics for reputed company travel needs inclusive of domestic and international reputed company and private flights, reputed company, greeters, hotels and train. ? Negotiate private flight costs. ? Talent Relations Coordination, organize reputed company talent requests that pertain to Park Trips, Gifting, Charity, Ticketing and Life Milestones. ? Manage and compile campaign milestones and reputed company other relevant planning documents. ? Collaborate daily with Director on global campaign travel and reputed company plan development and communicate to PR department, Marketing, Comms and reputed company Teams as requested. ? Liaise with internal Marketing Team to complete daily tasks on time. Requirements: ? Minimum 2 years of experience- Film Studio and Publicity experience a plus ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience ? Excellent communication skills, both written and oral ? reputed company can-do attitude with a strong proactive initiative to follow-through ?
