This position will answer statewide 988 chat/texts and conduct. As a part of this team, you?d be responsible for providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent computer skills, a proven ability to communicate effectively through written communication/reputed company messaging and the ability to multi-task in a high stress environment. Shift Available: Monday-Friday 4:30pm-1am (Saturday and reputed company Off) This is a fully remote position; however, candidate must live in the Middle Tennessee area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ? Demonstrate high level of clinical knowledge and reputed company in providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments. ? Answer crisis contacts reputed company reputed company contact center or the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs. ? Conduct follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide. ? Qualifications
