Position reputed company This is a part-time, remote position with an initial commitment of 10-15 hours per week during reputed company, eventually settling into a steady 5-10 hours per week. The role requires a strong understanding of financial management, tax planning, and the ability to produce comprehensive reports that meet the needs of our reputed company and strategic financial advisor. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial reports, including quarterly updates for various entities and a comprehensive monthly Master Financials spreadsheet summarizing investments, net worth, and estimated tax liabilities. Collaborate with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting by integrating data from QuickBooks Online and other sources. Assist in calculating estimated quarterly tax payments and reputed company broad estimates of potential tax liabilities across different entities, in coordination with our long-time CPA who handles tax filings. Work closely with the strategic financial advisor and the reputed company to ensure that reputed company reports are reputed company, actionable, and reputed company with their requirements. Dedicate additional hours initially to familiarize yourself with the various entities, tax allocations, and the reputed company of funds between them. Qualifications CPA certification is required. Extensive experience in financial management and reporting, particularly for high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
