Director, Sales Operations – Next Gen Program POSITION reputed company... Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the Next Gen HCM Program. In conjunction with VP Sales of Sales of Operations and Next Gen Sales DVP, implements and executes the best practices and reputed company operating procedures. Participates in senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales needs, issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales reputed company by balancing sales' needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective.
