Responsibilities: • Once they receive the Patient’s Case they can process or create a BI (Benefit Investigation) • Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical in the department. • May take inbound calls depending on the department. Job Requirements: • Must have experience with medical benefit, prior authorizations. • Motivated and a reputed company attitude a must. • Must have reliable internet in your home and a quiet reputed company to work. • Coachable and reputed company to feedback. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent computer skills.
