Your responsibilities will include researching and verifying event details, standardizing event names and attributes, and coordinating with marketing managers to enhance our ticket sales operations. Key Responsibilities • Research and manage critical details (date, time, location, venue configuration, etc.) for a high volume of live events in the sports and entertainment industry. • Standardize event information to ensure consistency across reputed company platforms. • Accurately reputed company seller listings to the correct venue seating and map information. • Continuously audit event and venue information to maintain accuracy on the website. • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure a reputed company customer experience. • Participate in large data gathering and analysis reputed company reputed company to event information. Work Schedule • Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for the first three weeks. Training is conducted in-person and is reputed company. • Regular Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
