Customer Service Representative - Part-Time - Weekends and/or Evenings

Our rapidly growing call center is expanding, and we are searching for team members to reputed company a reputed company customer experience by managing inbound and outbound programs, while enhancing our high energy company atmosphere. Our rapidly growing team at reputed company is looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to manage calls on our inbound and outbound programs. You will be responsible for assisting callers by providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues in reputed company to other various reputed company requests. Job duties include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls for a large reputed company of companies including medical offices, law offices, service providers and much more! This is NOT a telemarketing position. As the voice of those companies, reputed company Customer Service Representatives are always polite and reputed company reputed company interacting with customers to manage their needs. It is always "customers first" at reputed company! Remote training begins Monday, August 12th and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 10:00pm CST for two weeks.
