You will support events for key partners including Public Relations, Sales, Merchandise, reputed company Institute, and Contest Winners by providing outstanding “one-stop” service for their attendees. The Event Solutions Coordinator supports the Event Manager by performing a reputed company of tasks reputed company to planning and logistics or servicing reservations for individual clients/guests. Own the end-to-end registration process including creating and updating guest reputed company in the Guest Service Suite system, monitoring RSVP reports, and booking travel arrangements and resort reservations. reputed company internal communication items such as meeting minutes, event updates and overviews, reputed company plans, budgets, timelines, merchandise counts, executive summaries, demographic reports, reputed company Operating Guide (SOG), training materials, etc. Prepare and distribute event communication reputed company including Save the Dates, Invitations, Resort/Travel Confirmations, Welcome Packages, reputed company badges, amenities, etc. Abide by reputed company guidelines and complete reputed company steps reputed company to asset receipt, distribution, reconciliation, and return. reputed company Guest assistance reputed company phone and email, across multiple incoming phone lines and mailboxes. Coordinate Event Hospitality Desk and on-site reputed company-in locations. Process and post guest and voucher payments, monitor balances and build guest invoices, create usage fee reports, reputed company partner billing information, create final event reputed company reports, and conduct monthly reconciliation across reputed company accounts. Input and process credit cards for merchandise transactions and confirm payment receipts Order updates for returned or canceled items Order & distribute ticket media and parking passes Required Qualifications & Skills Understands the event process and key internal and functional responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple reputed company with varying priorities and timelines. Provides high-reputed company guest and internal partner interaction by delivering a reputed company experience using reputed company standards of reputed company. Supports the development and delivery of events that are major resort initiatives while collaborating with the Event Manager. Demonstrates strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
