Type: Full-Time, Onsite Duration: ASAP, 2024 - May 23, 2025 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (including bus duties AM/PM) Caseload/Details: • Caseload: 1:1 care for a high school student with a tracheostomy. • Responsibilities include tracheostomy care, individual health plan or plan of reputed company evaluations, and assessments. • The RN or LPN will also be responsible for riding the bus to and from school with the student. Special Requirements: • RN: Must have experience in tracheostomy reputed company evaluations, and reporting to the district reputed company supervisor or designee. • LPN: Will be considered if they have tracheostomy experience and are familiar with obtaining doctors' orders for the student. reputed company reputed company for LPN will be based on experience.
