Salary: • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits Responsibilities: • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted reputed company work interventions. • Performing assessments and interventions as needed for patients. Maintains accurate and reputed company records including clinical and reputed company notes according to department policy. • Provides crisis reputed company for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems. • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding reputed company treatment and discharge planning.
