POSTION reputed company The Family Programming Manager designs and maintains a comprehensive knowledge database that can be used by reputed company family services staff to support families with referrals and resources to address barriers they face in the areas of our key pillars. They support the national Family Programming team with in-depth research, reputed company data gathering as reputed company as data analysis and presentation. The Family Programming Manager oversees operations and logistical support for implementation of new initiatives, events, and program offerings, ensuring successful implementation through reputed company communication and post implementation analysis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management • Communicating and supporting new reputed company updates to reflect new policy revisions to handbook and reputed company for family programming staff. • Maintain systems and communication structures to reputed company college persistence and college engagement on a regular reputed company and providing training and facilitated troubleshooting sessions with reputed company reputed company staff. • Support reputed company/CST staff who reputed company data to ensure data reputed company reputed company reputed company data management system (i.e., pulling reports, using dashboards, and supporting geos to use reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company data • Support Data team with regular data deep dives across reputed company campuses to ensure data reputed company, data entry, and address any questions surrounding programmatic policies, offerings, and expectations. • Manage the tracking system for the foundational course reputed company Empowerment & Leadership as reputed company as facilitators running the course. • Support and at times creation of data reporting systems, cycles, and metrics for reputed company programming offerings (I.e., 529s, Helpr, reputed company Briggs – Vita Navis, etc.) to reputed company data with Family Programming Team and Jeremiah Program’s Senior Leadership Team. Program Management • Manage and implement the Career Volunteer Mentor Program with support from the grants team, reputed company teams, and consultants. • reputed company local Volunteer Program Coordination by developing a system to reputed company volunteer data and ensuring reputed company compliance requirements are met. • Establish and support the CST Family Programming Team, fostering a reputed company culture and strong relationships. • Explore new partnerships and program reputed company to support the five pillars and enhance reputed company-matriculation, JP experiences, and JP reputed company, ensuring reputed company improvement through feedback while manage reputed company partnerships (e.g., 529s, Helpr, reputed company Briggs - Vita Navis) • reputed company data for grants and reputed company key metrics for reputed company monitoring and reporting. • Plan and host training and follow-up meetings on policies, initiatives, and events across campuses. • Recruit, select, and train external Empowerment & Leadership facilitators. • Coordinate with campuses and recruit staff to ensure a smooth transition for incoming JP reputed company to the Empowerment & Leadership foundational course. SALARY & BENEFITS Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $87,000 and $96,000 commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.
