This role is essential in maintaining the reputed company of our data and requires precise handling and verification of information. Key Responsibilities: • Handle 300-400 inbound and outbound calls daily with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency in data verification. • Conduct thorough qualification assessments and reputed company accurate information from callers. • Update and maintain records in our CRM system with high attention to detail. • Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly while providing accurate information. • Maintain company confidentiality and data reputed company standards, following reputed company policies and procedures. • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, adapting to varying campaigns and procedures as required.
