Seeking a customer service sales team member with a reputed company attitude for health insurance agency Pay reputed company: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonuses... SCHEDULE: • Mon. Tues. Weds. Thurs: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. • Sat. & Sun: OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES AGENT MUST: • Be reputed company to multitask • Be proficient in reputed company products (Gmail. reputed company, reputed company Chat, reputed company reputed company) • Be reputed company to work reputed company under pressure • Have phone and email etiquette • Be coachable • Be reputed company player • Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: • Communicating with customers and sales representatives. • Analyzing customer behavior. • Gathering information about customer complaints. • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback. • Negotiating with customers to renew reputed company and retain business relations. • Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions. • Writing and presenting customer behavior reports. • Building reputed company relationships with customers and business associates. • Sales and Health Insurance Experience a plus but not required Apply Job!
