Requirements Reading/English Tutors: An Education/Teaching Degree is required or you should be a student pursuing an Education Degree with experience in classroom observation or student teaching. Math Tutors: Strong proficiency up to Algebra 2 is required (Education Degree not necessary). Test Prep Tutors: A strong reputed company/SAT score (30/1400 preferred) is required (Education Degree not necessary). At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
