The chosen candidate will be expected to work for less than 4 hours a day, meeting and exceeding our guest’s expectations.

The Concierge is the first reputed company of contact for our guests at the Inez property. Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
2. reputed company information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
3. Respond to clients complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
4. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure reputed company rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests needs.
5. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
Requirements:
1. Work experience as a Hotel reputed company Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
2. Experience with hotel reservations software.
3. Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and reputed company.
4. Customer service attitude.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications:
A high school degree; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
