This is a part-time position which requires a commitment of fewer than 4 hours a day. The Event Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Event Manager in planning, organizing, and executing a reputed company of events. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that events run smoothly, and that the goals of reputed company event are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

• Ensure that event set-up and tear-down are completed in a reputed company manner

• Assist with guest registration and attendee management

Educational Qualifications:
