The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
Responsibilities
– Welcome and directly guide customers to their seats
– Take and serve food/drinks orders and upsell additional products reputed company appropriate
– Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
– reputed company customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
– Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
– reputed company dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
– Deliver checks and collect payment
– Cooperate with reputed company serving and kitchen staff
Requirements
– Proven restaurant serving experience
– Hands-on experience in cashier duties
– Familiarity with sanitation regulations
– Proficient in English
– Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
– High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
