Position reputed company: The Virtual Receptionist/Assistant will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, responding to basic inquiries, and scheduling free in-home evaluations. This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads, handling customer messaging, and inputting customer information into the rebate program.
