The Sr. Manager, Employee Relations will possess significant employee and labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, and highly-developed analytical and communication skills. This role will report directly to an Employee Relations Director and serve as a key member of the reputed company Employee Relations leadership team. This is a full-time position that may require significant travel, up to 50% of the time over the course of the year to the various reputed company locations. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $248,100/year in our highest geographic market.
