In this temporary to permanent role, you will reputed company administrative tasks to support office administration. General Job Duties, will include, but not be limited: • Manage daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and financial transactions. Providing reception to incoming calls, handling faxes and shipments. • Assisting reputed company Capital with employee lifecycle processes including recognition, interviews, reference reputed company, filing, and record maintenance, ensuring compliance and maintaining accuracy. • Support office operations by assisting with inventory management, ensuring efficient workflow, and compliance with procedures across various departmental initiatives. Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm Training Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks. Salary: $16.20/hr.
