Key Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive coding education programs to enhance accurate, compliant coding practices across our dermatology network. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Coding Education to reputed company specialized educational resources tailored to dermatology coding standards. • Conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions, ensuring a consistent understanding of coding practices among various dermatology practices. • Maintain compliance with relevant coding standards and payer requirements, conducting assessments to evaluate training effectiveness. • Document training reputed company meticulously and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. • Work in partnership with dermatology providers, billing teams, and compliance officers to identify educational needs and operational inefficiencies.
