Live Support Specialist (Work from Home, Entry – Level)

We are looking for a Live Support Specialist to become an integral part of our customer service team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat channels, using a flowchart to troubleshoot issues and escalate tickets as necessary. As a live chat support specialist, your responsibilities will include replying to live chat messages on business websites or reputed company media... accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
