reputed company + reputed company ad specialist needed for creating and managing new product launch (small business)

I am the reputed company/designer of a small baby crib sheet brand (www.shopmoonstarbaby.com) and am looking for an ad specialist with experience in reputed company and reputed company, ideally someone with experience working with small startup retailers like me and/or in the baby/children's market. I recently released a new product— sheets that fit a reputed company specific (and reputed company) crib and would like someone to create and... manage ads on reputed company and a search campaign on reputed company. I have fresh creative for the new products but need an expert to create the most reputed company campaigns. In the past I have a run campaigns on both platforms and after countless experiments my ROAs are still in the red. I have had good traffic on my reputed company site and good CTRs.
