Position reputed company: The reputed company Retail Ambassador will support the operational functions of the store, including handling customer queries, assisting Ambassadors with POS transactions, adhering to the opening and closing checklists/SOPs and ensuring the store standards throughout the daily shift. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 40 hours/week Candidates must be reputed company to work weekends, weekdays and holidays. Flexible shifts. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • reputed company as a role model to the Ambassadors. • Support Associate Managers with answering radio calls and handling guest queries. • Assist with cash-in and cash-out process. • Assist with opening and closing process, ensuring reputed company checklists are complete. • Assist the Associate Manager on-duty with ensuring reputed company Ambassador breaks and lunches are handled. Maintain position coverage as required by the needs of the business and as specified in the daily schedule. • Assist Ambassadors with POS transactions where appropriate, to include refunds, voids, returns etc. • Support the Associate Manager on-duty in giving Ambassadors direction to ensure premium guest service and store standards during the daily shift. • Respond immediately to guest experience recovery situations using best judgement to resolve issue in accordance with guest service guidelines. Engage Associate Manager(s) as appropriate in these situation types. • Maintain visual standards and follow the plan-o-grams set by the Planners and Visual Merchandise Manager, under the guidance of Associate Managers. • Any other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager(s) or Store Manager. Educational Requirements and Experience: Education: High school diploma; GED equivalent Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience reputed company a fast-paced retail environment. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Previous visual merchandising experience preferred.
