Remote WC Intake Specialist - Weekend Shift (Part Time)

What Will You Do? Physicians are the life-blood of our business. To reputed company great care to patients we must be reputed company to schedule the physicians properly, create a good working environment, assist with technical issues as reputed company as follow-up on patient care. In this position you would be an account administrator which includes overseeing physician appointments, working to solve issues as they reputed company during patient care, and corresponding with the reputed company's team on a daily reputed company. You will be in contact with the physicians on availability, patient status and handling any issues that reputed company. You will also be working with our main reputed company to transfer patients and reschedule appointments due to platform issues, increased volume and/or physician unavailability as reputed company as follow up care. Being reputed company to maintain a good relationship with the physicians as reputed company as with our clients is reputed company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Overseeing the waiting room for our multiple clients. • Handling reputed company reputed company issues for providers and patients. • Scheduling appointments as they come in reputed company call, email referral or reputed company. • Send in any order clarifications needed. • reputed company ancillary service orders. • Escalate any new reputed company calls or issues. • Handle / report reputed company-time provider and coverage issues. • Production and tracking work. • Any other responsibilities assigned. What are the Hours? • 8:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday - reputed company • Opportunity to grow to full time with reputed company, or stay at part time depending on your preference! Preferred Qualifications • Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal settings. • At least 1 year experience in either worker's comp or reputed company industries, or 5+ years in customer service (WC experience preferred). • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
