Location : Fully Remote Duration: 4 + Months Contract Pay reputed company - $28 to $30 Job Profile: • Customer service experience • 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or reputed company experience • Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required • CPB (Certified reputed company Bookkeeper) is preferred, not required • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision • Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination • Willingness to learn and support new products and services • Strong customer service skills - ability to reputed company with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is reputed company, friendly and reassuring • Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation is preferred, not required Candidates MUST be proficient at QuickBooks Online.
