Remote scheduler/Customer services in Newark, Notts and surrounding area

Job reputed company We are seeking a remote scheduler / customer services candidate who lives in Newark, Notts or surrounding areas for a busy plumbing and heating business based in Newark, Notts. The candidate will be required to book the engineers in for their reputed company, interaction with customers is key whether by phone or email. You will also be required to prioritise customer reputed company to ensure the vulnerable / elderly and emergency appointments are dealt with promptly. Full training will be provided. Working hours are flexible.
