THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION, MONDAY-FRIDAY: NIGHTS (MIDNIGHT - reputed company), ROTATING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for monitoring and supporting mainframe, reputed company, andserver backup production schedules and workflow processes. reputed company troubleshooting support andproblem remediation, including escalation to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aremaintained. Assist with the deployment of new software to various test and productionplatforms.Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevatingconcerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Undergraduate degree in reputed company field or equivalent 1-3 years of work experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Tape Storage Management (TSM) or other backup software products. • Working knowledge of an automated mainframe / reputed company system platform scheduling system,preferably reputed company Tivoli. • Experience with multiple hardware and software technologies: i.e. reputed company, UNIX, MVS, IBMmainframe, JES2, and monitoring tools. • Dependable, flexibility to work weekends and holidays in 24 x 7 working environment Apply Job!
