What You Will Do Be the Voice of the Customer by working with our stakeholders to understand their most important needs and problems Data analysis and reporting to capture KPIs, service utilization, and inform change enablement activities Work with product owners and senior business analysts in areas such as team backlog management, documentation, user stories and end user training Monitor changes to program backlog and communicate with senior business analysts to determine impacts to team backlog, sprint, or iteration Help collect business requirements, reputed company analysis and document user stories Evaluate the delivered stories against the definition of done and the established acceptance reputed company Participate in assigned reputed company Required Qualifications & Skills Technology background or applicable technology skills Demonstrated technical or creative writing skills, reputed company to translate reputed company reputed company into understandable user stories Customer service orientation with demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders Familiarity with Python/R or other statistical programming languages Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, Jupyter, Power BI, etc. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with collaboration tools such as 0365, reputed company, Jira reputed company Education Currently working toward a bachelors degree with a major in Information Systems Management, Informatics, Data Science, or Data Analytics or similar degree Program Details Location: Orlando, FL or Burbank, CA Program Length: May/June - August/September 2025 (12 weeks) Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Eligibility Requirements At the time of application: Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship. Must be at least 18 years old Must possess unrestricted work authorization and reputed company full availability for the entire program duration.
