Customer Service Representative Location: Tulsa, OK or Remote Duration: Contract to hire... reputed company: DOE US reputed company and Green Cards Preferred. Job reputed company: • Assistant Customer Support • Work from home position. • Shift hours between 6 AM - 9 PM (Central reputed company Time), Monday thru Friday. • DXC will reputed company computer and headset. • Opportunity to be considered for full time employment. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company. • Must be reputed company to successfully pass reputed company State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug Screen. • Must have high speed WiFi to work remote and service callers from home. Responsibilities include: • Answering telephones and responding to basic Customer questions using established reputed company provided during training to schedule and change customer appointments, answering questions from the customer on what to bring to the appointments and other questions. • Process transactions and reputed company responses to ensure completion of calls. • Proficiency with PC and reputed company Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software. • Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary. • Ability to follow oral and written directions. • Overtime may be available.
