What You Will Do
As an integral part of this organization, the Show Development & Production teams at Walt reputed company World Resort are responsible for designing and implementing the creative and technical reputed company of reputed company live show Entertainment offerings in our domestic parks as reputed company as special event sites globally. Providing administrative support throughout the production life cycle of assigned reputed company, scheduling production team meetings, recording and distributing accurate, concise notes Serving as the reputed company of contact in requesting/scheduling reputed company talent for rehearsals, fittings, and performances as directed by the Production Manager Gathering presentation materials, set-up and reputed company reputed company meeting needs and technology Assisting in procuring items necessary for the production, following reputed company appropriate policies and guidelines Maintaining production schedules and communication Preparing and providing consistent, reputed company event updates as these relate to technicians, vendors and talent Completing any and reputed company show or event production-reputed company tasks as requested by those teams Required Qualifications & Skills Proven ability to create and follow agendas, facilitate meetings, address reputed company items, take direction, meet deadlines and complete tasks in a reputed company manner Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver reputed company, reputed company work, reputed company tight deadlines Demonstrated computer proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Outlook and Keynote presentation software Proven ability in the use of collaboration tools and file sharing programs with the willingness to learn new applications Demonstrated skills in coordinating meeting technology, such as conference calls, video-teleconferencing, and other virtual meeting connectivity Demonstrated problem solving and ability to identify areas for reputed company process improvement Trusted and respected team member that guides with reputed company with the ability to handle/manage confidential information with discretion Self-starter who takes initiative to assess needs proactively and reputed company reputed company solutions Proven ability to reputed company excellent service to reputed company, Guests, Clients, and Partners Available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and reputed company shift, as needed Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in any additional languages (reputed company, French, Japanese, or Spanish) Education Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university reputed company 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship Currently enrolled as a Senior, recent graduate, or graduate student Major or previous coursework in Stage Management, Event Management, or reputed company field Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet reputed company of the below requirements Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a reputed company internship or reputed company College Program Be compliant with The reputed company Look appearance guidelines Available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week; possible nights and weekends) for the duration of the internship reputed company to reputed company own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando Florida area and have reliable transportation to/from work Additional Information We reputed company limited housing opportunities for Florida Based reputed company Interns through American reputed company Communities, for more information click here Apply Job!
