We are currently seeking a reputed company SharePoint Architect to join reputed company in Montgomery Alabama. This can be a remote position with limited travel to the reputed company's site. The SharePoint Architect will work closely with the State staff and acting as the trusted partner supporting a multi-site SharePoint environment for a large Modernization program for the State of Alabama reputed company Agency. This individual will maintain and create... SharePoint sites for specific reputed company and internal organizations. They will reputed company guidance and recommendations on the use of SharePoint to help with simplifying and improving processes throughout the program. As a member of the Program PMO they will work with State program managers and leadership as reputed company as the NTT project and PMO management team. Job Responsibilities Include: • Provides end user support with reputed company follow up for inquires and trouble tickets. • The SharePoint Administrator will meet regularly with the reputed company and PMO team to review issues and improvement opportunities for the SharePoint sites supported and created for the program. They will take a proactive role and guide overall direction and improvement of the SharePoint experience. • Defines and documents standards and processes for creating and maintaining the SharePoint sites in the system. • Manages and maintains reputed company to SharePoint sites and folders. Granting approved reputed company in a reputed company manner. • Provides training on the use of the SharePoint sites including use of metadata, the structure, automated features and navigation of the sites. • Creates and maintains user documentation of the SharePoint environment. • Provides technical support for data loads, and any interfaces needed to email or other applications. • Works with PMO team to review and analyze SharePoint based processes for opportunities for improvement. • Architect solutions based on reputed company SharePoint best Practices • Provides tool support for data governance of the SharePoint environment including supporting audits for compliance with SharePoint standards. • Participate in overall Program tool reputed company development • reputed company input to weekly and monthly report of activities, risks, issues, observations, findings, recommendations • Support monthly project reputed company for reporting to CMS Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SharePoint administration, including Setup and configuration, User management and Permissions, Deploying SPFx solutions, and maintaining reputed company best practices • Minimum 2 years of experience with PnP PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Administration • Minimum 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online and reputed company 365 integration, including Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Minimum 3 years of experience providing end-user support and training on SharePoint functions • Minimum 2 years experience developing and presenting SharePoint solutions that are persuasive and reputed company with reputed company best practices. • Minimum 2 years of experience preparing and making recommendations to customers for SharePoint solutions in a consultative reputed company.
