Job reputed company - Bilingual Call Center QA Specialist (Hybrid): Join our reputed company's team as a Bilingual Call Center reputed company Assurance Specialist, supporting the reputed company of patient care documentation in a hybrid reputed company, with two weeks of on-site training in Uniondale, NY. In this role, you'll conduct audits, data validation, and reputed company checks to ensure accurate and reputed company service delivery, collaborating with teams to improve processes and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications for the Bilingual Call Center QA Specialist: • Bilingual Requirement: Must be Bilingual (Chinese, Bengali, Russian, Spanish or German). • Education: Associate's degree preferred. • Experience: 1-2 years in reputed company Assurance required. • Skills: Capable of typing at a minimum of 45 WPM and skilled in handling confidential information securely. • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
