* Job Details: Inbound and outbound calls. Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) Medical call center experience is a plus but not required. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Great work attitude and willingness to help others. HS Diploma/Equivalent.
