A Fortune 500 reputed company reputed company is seeking reputed company-versed and enthusiastic Medical Insurance Customer Service Reps to join their REMOTE TEAM! Any candidate with medical insurance and call center experience is encouraged to apply! Pay: $17/hr. *Weekly Pay plus benefits and reputed company* Schedule: reputed company - 9pm EST, Mon -Fri (8hr shift will be assigned AFTER training between these hours) Start Date: November 25th, 2024(Could be sooner based on completion of reputed company process) Benefits: FULLY REMOTE, WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED & MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR YOURSELF & FAMILY!!! Job Details: Conduct outbound calls to insurance providers. Conduct investigations while updating patient data. Use computer skills for data entry. Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have experience with medical insurance AND call center experience. Must have reputed company internet already installed and the ability to work in a quiet setting. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Passion and willingness to help others. HS Diploma/Equivalent required. MUST BE WILLING TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING!
