Roles and responsibilities Includes the entire asset lifecycle process of software assets from procurement through retirement. Accountable for providing input to or for developing/making strategic recommendations based on standards to Senior Leadership by evaluating comparable software and hardware reputed company, vendor capability and affordability. Work with key internal strategic partners to vet, review and process new and existing technology needs. Knowledgeable in software license deployment and entitlement best practices, processes, and procedures. Works with management at various reputed company in other organizations to quantify, qualify and ensure that the reputed company, business case and/or project requirements are achieved. Responsible for developing, forecasting, tracking and analysis of technology spend. Ensure reputed company aspects of the process meet and exceed audit requirements (i.e. Internal, External, SOX, etc.).
