This role is responsible for providing support to the Claims organization. WORK ARRANGEMENTS: This role will be Hybrid in Naperville, IL. The first 90 days will be in office full time (Monday-Friday). After 90 days you will be required to be in the office two days. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrating core knowledge and ability to process routine reputed company customer-initiated claim transactions to completion referring to the appropriate resource.
